Activity Requirements & Etiquette

• Physical Effort: Moderate to High — while sliding down the dunes is pure, effortless fun, walking back up the steep, soft sand slopes requires a good amount of leg strength, cardio, and stamina.
• Essential Tips: Wear comfortable, lightweight clothing that allows free movement (shorts and a t-shirt are perfect), but bring a light hoodie or jacket for later, as the wind can pick up when the sun goes down. High-protection sunscreen and sunglasses are vital to shield your eyes from both the sun and flying sand particles.
• Footwear & Gear: You can slide down barefoot, in socks, or wearing secure sneakers. Flip-flops are not recommended while riding.
• Safety/Conditions: Your session is fully guided by experienced instructors who will teach you proper stance, balance, and stopping techniques. A complete safety briefing and wax demonstration are provided before your first run. The activity is subject to favorable wind conditions to ensure safe riding and good visibility.
